About Us

I began this non-profit organization to help cancer patients with the financial burden that is aquired during the treatments.  I have searched the internet and have only found one other organization close but not like this one.

We differ because they lack the personal relationship that I do with the patients.

Please look around and let me know if I anything is needed that I had not thought of yet.

Company history
I was  32 years old, mother of 3 when I was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ and tested positive for Her2/neu  (Breast Cancer).

I had a new full time job and a great life ahead of me.  I soon, lost that job due to the "chemo brain" and then, after all of the surgeries, tests, chemotherapy, more tests were completed I was left with a mountian of medical bills.

I had an enormous amount of help from family and friends including my church, Harvest Point of Greenwood.

They all helped with food delivery, gift cards, cash donations, child care, and support during my rough time.

My husband worked extra hours  at Greenwood Fire Dept. just to make ends meet and my mother came to stay during my treatment weeks.

Now you know where I came up with the idea for Cancer Debt Relief establised May 16th 2007.  Everything the above listed people helped me with I want to return it to other cancer patients who need it.
